SUBJECT: Memo RE: Authorization for Corrections to Rulemaking Record

Please accept the following corrections to the rulemaking file in OAL File No. 05-1207-03SR:
OAL is authorized to correct Form 400 dated December 6, 2005 by adding Agency Name "Department of Insurance."
OAL is authorized to correct Form 400 dated December 6, 2005 in section B.4. by listing 15-day public availability periods as "9/1/05-9/16/05" and "10/4/05-10/19/05."
OAL is authorized to type the name and title of the signatory of Form 400 as follows: "John Garamendi, Insurance Commissioner."
OAL is authorized to substitute the attached revised final regulation text behind each copy of the corrected Form 400 and place a copy of the corrected Form 400 in TAB 1 of the final rulemaking file.
OAL is authorized to substitute the attached revised Transmittal Memo in TAB 2 of the final rulemaking file.
OAL is authorized to substitute the attached Summary of Notice Procedures Followed and Confirmation in TAB 3 of the final rulemaking file in place of the Confirmation Pursuant to Title 1, CCR Section 44.
OAL is authorized to substitute the attached revised Final Regulation Text in TAB 4 of the final rulemaking file.
OAL is authorized to substitute the attached revised Final Statement of Reasons in TAB 6 of the final rulemaking file.
OAL is authorized to substitute the attached revised Table of Contents for Resubmission and Certification in place of the previously submitted Table of Contents for Resubmission and Certification included in the final rulemaking file.
